fix rather than replace
what a relief. our bread machine bit the dust last month and i thought i was going to have to replace it. i saw this replacement belt and decided to give it a try. i took the bottom pannel off of the bottom of the bread machine and low and behold the belt was worn out. it took about 10 days to get the replacement and about 15 minutes total to repair. i was making bread that night.
thanks
Looks nice, but not for all sunbeam breadmakers
Unlike what the dots in the list of models in the description might suggest, this does not fit Sunbeam 5891, the main model sold by amazon.
If you want this belt, you can get it directly from Goodman’s for about 1/3 less overall.
Does not fit Sunbeam 5891
I will confirm what others have said, this belt is not for a Sunbeam 5891 breadmaker. It’s not even close; wrong length, wrong width and wrong tooth pitch. It’s been tagged in error. It is a good belt and I expect Oster breadmaker owners are happy with it, but you won’t be if you’re trying to fix your 5891.
