What can I say?

These are cleaning tablets for the Miele coffee machine, not to be confused with the descaling tablets, it’s a good idea to run these through your machine when it tells you to clean the machine. There are fats & oils in the coffee beans and this helps ensure your machine is kept in clean, good working order. I have had trouble obtaining these in the past, so I am pleased to see Amazon stocking them.

I guess it’s fine. I believe you have to use these if u have a Miele built in coffee machine

Not what it looks like in the photo. Thought they were similar to rescaling tablets. Not more than the size of a nickel.
