Perfect Slices Every Time

The 1 mm slicing disc is great for quite a few unique tasks like slicing root vegetables for homemade potato chips (many people seem to like making their own) and my favorite use, perfect salami slices every time.

Purchased wrong size

I purchased this item for my Cuisinart 9-cup food processor, but did not realize this disc would be too large. I was not familiar with the DLC-X item numbering and thought that it would match the DLC-10 on my other discs. This slicer was for a 14-cup processor, so I had to unfortunatly return it. I would love to have kept it, and was looking forward to trying to do chips on my own!

Sent the wrong size

I was also sent the wrong size 1mm disc. This was advertised as fitting the 7 cup size food processor. However, it is much too large a disc for my Cuisinart processor. Very disappointed in vendor.
