Fits DLC-5 model
This unit fit my DLC-5 (7-cup) model perfectly. I have not made dough with the blade yet but I’m sure it works just fine.
An Exact Replacement
No complaints of any kind. The original blade got caught in the disposal before it could be turned off. This blade is an exact match and the cost was perfect.
Pros and Cons
Pro – doesn’t heat up the dough when making yeast bread so easier on the yeast. Con – doesn’t have blades quite as long as the metal chopper blade so can miss things on the edges.
