Glass Microwave Tray

We shattered our original glass tray and needed to find a replacement. We selected this one because it was the least expensive. So far it has worked flawlessly!

Its round!

I know this is OEM, but I hope it lasts longer than the original turntable that came with the microwave. I think a mix of microwave and convection shattered that one. Will avoid using with convection from now on… it probably states somewhere in the manual not to use it with convecion, but who reads instructons.

I’m very happy with it

It is what it’s supposed to be. It does what it’s supposed to do. The original plate lasted, more or less, 9-1/2 years (since my parents bought the house). The edge chipped every time something bumped it. Last week, the plate just up and cracked from one side to the other. We’ll see how this new plate holds up. But my parents (86 mom, 88 dad) won’t be in this house (nuke is built in) another 9-1/2 years. So …
