Oil (spray) the bowl first time you use the paddles.

This worked so great. Easy to put on and take off and easy to clean. It does a great job of scraping the sides so it mixes better when you are doing a small amount -like a single cake mix.
Works but fragile
Includes two sets of scrapers, for good reason – they are not that sturdy. When they work, they’re great. The center scraper broke off when mixing very light dough. I sent email and they were prompt and trouble free in shipping replacement scrapers at no cost. If you are very careful with them, they may last but expect sooner than later that they will break.
