A solid, heavy steaming pitcher.
These Motta pitchers are really wonderful. They’re perfectly constructed, and have a good deal of heft to them, which makes them feel high quality, as silly as that may sound.
The 24oz size is perfect for steaming enough milk for a normal American-sized latte, or enough milk for at least two Italian-sized cappuccino’s.
I only took off one star because of the cost. Performance wise, I don’t think these pitchers offer any advantages over something more affordable from Rattleware, or any other good manufacturer out there. It’s a bit of a premium to pay just for looks and heft, but if you know that going in, you can choose appropriately.
