LG 2M246 050GF Microwave Oven Magnetron replacement part

Success!

Now have a working microwave. This was a replacement for a Toshiba 2M248J magnetron in a 4 year old Kenmore. Identical to original but not at a price of $90.00. I purchased a security bit kit on Amazon SE 33 pc. Security Bit Set to get the cabinet apart. Checked the capacitor and diode and transformer prior to ordering from online instructions. The unit symptoms was no heat and a noisy buzz. Hope this helps. Order ships FedEx ground and arrived within a week.
