Cuisinart DLC-842TX 2mm Thin Slicing Disc

Didn’t really do what I expected, however it’s a good product

Let me start off by saying that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this item, and if it is what you are looking for you will not be disappointed. For me however, I ordered this item in hopes of making potato chips with it. It does not make thin enough slices for true potato chips. It’s even thick for Kettle like chips. However this is great for slicing things like cucumbers for pickles. Overall it’s a fine product, just didn’t do what I expected.

Works great

This blade works great and is so easy to clean. It is the perfect size for making coleslaw.

Wonderfully Thin Slices

Great for salad veggies, especially carrot chips. Wonderful for Brussel’s Sprouts for stir fry and soups. Cuisinart quality at a good price.
