Best little tool ever
No more burned fingers cleaning your espresso machine. It really does work like they say it does. You measure the amount of cleaner you need so no more wasted cleaner and when the hot water comes down the brush head it does not get to your fingers. The heads last a very long time. I can easily get up to 6 months out of one head. This is the only tool I use for this job. I threw all the others away.

I bought my first pallo tool at an industry show five years ago. I have bought several since to pass along to customers. The design is thoughtful and the execution perfect. The angle of the brush is very ergonomic and the angle and handle length will keep hands safely away from hot water when cleaning the group head and gaskets. Pallo , by making the brush itself a separate component, has ensured that you can use this tool for years (as I have). The scoop at the opposite end is a nice touch, with the great benefit of aiding baristas in dosing the exact amount of cafiza for back flush. For such a humble tool it does the job very well.
