Does not fit
This DOES NOT fit the new Kitchenaid 6 qt mixers, it is created for the smaller mixing bowl. I confirmed this with Kitchenaid after I made the mistake, the advertising is incorrect.
Effective but a bit flimsy
This shield fits perfectly on my Pro 5.5 qt. mixer but it seems less than sturdy. I’ll be very careful not to snap the plastic removing it and installing it.
Doesn’t fit
We have the KitchenAid Professional 6000 HD (Model # KSM6573CER1) and this pouring shield doesn’t fit the 6 quart bowl at all. It will sit on top of the bowl, but since it doesn’t attach to the bowl, it’s just in the way and slides around…
